Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. When upgrading, you get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
No setup fees, no hidden costs. The price you see is what you pay. The only optional add-ons are SMS messages (12ct/msg on Plus and Pro plans) and additional users or locations on the Pro plan.
Yes! With annual billing you save roughly 20% compared to monthly payments. You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time.
Most studios are fully operational within 30 minutes. Basic setup takes about 10 minutes. If you are importing data from another system, add 20-30 minutes depending on data volume.
Yes! We provide migration guides and import tools for all plans. We support imports from Excel, CSV, Google Calendar, and most booking systems.
Your data is always yours. You can export everything (customers, appointments, contracts, payments) in standard formats at any time. After cancellation, data stays accessible for 90 days before permanent deletion per GDPR.

On Plus and Pro plans, you can send appointment reminders and notifications via SMS at 12ct per message. You configure templates and timing - messages are sent automatically. WhatsApp is also supported at the same rate.

inkStar is designed to help you meet GDPR requirements. All plans include data encryption, tools for data erasure and portability, consent management, and automatic backups.
Data is stored in encrypted databases in EU data centers (Frankfurt, Germany) with regular automatic backups. Data transmission is protected using enterprise-grade encryption (AES-256). Pro plans offer additional role-based access controls for team permissions.
Starter includes email support. Plus adds 72-hour priority response. Pro includes 24-hour priority response. All plans have access to our help center and video tutorials.
